We have a selection of self-help materials for sufferers of anxiety for sale through the Access MQ online shop by the Emotional Health Clinic - EHC. These books are based on the latest understanding of anxiety and have been shown to be effective for a sizeable number of people. However, any written material only works to the extent that the individual works hard and puts the information into practice.
We always recommend that you see an appropriate mental health professional before starting any of these programs and that you ask them to help guide you through its principles.
