 Price

The price of each course or product is inclusive of GST. For purchases of products delivered within or courses held in Australia, GST will be charged at the rate of 10%. Prices of products exclude postage and handling charges. A tax invoice is provided upon payment and will be sent automatically to the client via the Account section on the Access MQ Online Shop website.

Ordering

Clients may purchase products online or register for conferences, courses or workshops online by credit card using this website

OR alternatively by completing an order form and faxing it back to us. An invoice will be sent to the client by mail.

Payment

Payments may be made by MasterCard or Visa Card only. If a client has a concern about the security of their credit card information, please refer to the Security section for an explanation on the steps taken to safeguard confidential information. Access MQ retains the right not to proceed with your registration or supply of your purchase if your bank or credit card company declines your payment details or for any other valid reason.

Delivery

Delivery of a product within Australia, once packed, occurs within 5-10 working days by Australia Post to the delivery address nominated by the client. While products to be delivered internationally will be posted via airmail between 2-3 working days of the date of purchase, delivery time will vary between countries.

Security

Clients are asked to provide credit card details at the payment stage of the registration/ordering process. We do not view or store credit card information as this information is sent to our bank for verification in real time through a secure payment gateway (link to www.eway.com.au), and the client is immediately notified about the acceptance/rejection of the payment. At no time will any employee at Access Macquarie be able to access or collect this information.

Refund Policy

This policy should be read in conjunction with the particular terms and conditions for each course. If there is a conflict between any part of this policy and the refund statement for a course, the refund statement for the course will prevail to the extent the conflict exists.

Conferences, courses and workshops

If a client wishes to withdraw from a conference, course or workshop before the closing date, an amount equivalent to 20% of the registration fee will be kept by Access Macquarie Limited (Access MQ). Access MQ will not give any refunds after the closing date though a substitute attendee will be accepted.
Access MQ reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements or details of, or cancel or terminate, a conference, course or workshop at any time, though reasonable efforts will be made to inform the Client of the changes. If a conference, course or workshop is cancelled a full refund will be offered to the client. If termination occurs at any time during a conference, a partial refund will be given to the client.

Products

Prior to payment, the client is asked to review all details on their order/registration form, including delivery address and product details. We do not give refunds for incorrect product choice or delivery address. If we have sent you an incorrect product or the product is demonstrably defective or not of merchantable quality, we will offer a choice of full refund or re-delivery of your purchase with no additional postage or handling charges. We cannot take responsibility for damage which may occur in transit.
