Access Macquarie Limited (“Access MQ”) recognises that clients may have concerns about the privacy and confidentiality of their personal information when using our online facility to register for conferences, events, short courses and for the purchase of products. The following is intended to inform the client about the type of information accessed and/or retained by Access MQ and the use made of that information.
Clients are asked to provide details such as name, mailing address, delivery address (if different from mailing address), name of organisation, job title, telephone and facsimile numbers, and e-mail addresses through the online form. This information is stored in secure databases which can only be accessed by Access MQ employees. We will not at any time share, sell or licence this information to any other company or organisation, including conference partners, unless we are required to do so by law or to enforce the terms of agreements with our clients, or unless you have given your explicit consent. The information will only be used to inform clients about other products, upcoming courses, workshops or conferences which may be of interest to the client. Clients are asked to provide credit card details at the payment stage of the registration/ordering process. We do not view or store credit card information as this information is sent to our bank for verification in real time through a secure payment gateway, and the client is immediately notified about the acceptance/rejection of the payment. At no time will any employee at Access MQ be able to access or collect this information.
